DOWNLINK : 0

Another query I found that is helpful is anytime the phone attempts to do a download test but gets a 0 result (IE: time-out)

In this query, I am excluding criteria I would normally use that would indicate a bad quality/level of signal (RSRP/Level < -122 and RSRQ/Qual < -20).  I am reversing this so that we don't factor in any bad signals.

Surprisingly, I am seeing Verizon at the top of the list.  When I ran this query last month, T-Mobile/Google-Fi was at the top. I am surprised because Verizon is typically the most reliable when there is a good signal.  We are only half-way through the month, so we will see if this trend holds true.
